It is not so difficult to connect two points and draw a connected line. However,a line such as this straight line connected is
a start-up point of UTOP.
Our main businesses is "to draw space with a start of one straight line", "A construction that becomes alive with the drawn
design" and "supervision and CM to improve construction values". We regard the value of a line as the foundation
of construction, leading the whole process from beginning to end.

Moreover, we are preparing a new takeoff by overcoming the difficulty in internal and external construction businesses.
To achieve this, we exercise diligence based on outstanding techniques, accumulated experience,
substantial management through cost control and challenges in the whole field of construction including
design, supervision and CM.

Also, we have strived to share a hundred years with our customers on the basis of the past 40 years of efforts.
Such our efforts aim at realizing happiness rather than seeking profits.
We think true happiness comes from "happiness from customer satisfaction", "happiness from the staff's pride through
customer's happiness", and "happiness from our growth through the happiness of customers and staffs." We will grow to be
a global company beyond the country on the ground of such customer-centered management philosophy.
